Brossa

Joan Brossa (Barcelona, 1919-1998) was a poet in the broadest sense of the word as it wrote poetry of all kinds, in an act of creative freedom. At the same time, the experimenter col·laborador desire led him to explore new horizons, to perform many different projects with other artists and interested in everything that slip through the written word. Joan Brossa there was neither gender nor the boundaries between the arts.

He was one of the most important avant-garde poets of the twentieth century Catalan. Co-founder of the magazine Dau al Set in 1948 with Antoni Tàpies, Joan Ponç, Modest Cuixart, Arnau Puig and Joan-Josep Tharrats.

Everything was valid to express the same reality. Through play and transformation, the poet opens up a world where things are not what they seem. Knowing how to look and activating our antennas is the best way to understand the world in which we live.
